عربي: باستخدام تطبيق هيبنوفايبس، أنت توافق على الالتزام بهذه الشروط واتفاقية ترخيص المستخدم النهائي (EULA) وجميع القوانين واللوائح المعمول بها.

English: By using the Hypnovibes app, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service, End User License Agreement (EULA), and all applicable laws and regulations.

📜 اتفاقية ترخيص المستخدم النهائي (EULA) | End User License Agreement

عربي: هذا الترخيص يمنحك حق استخدام التطبيق وفقاً للشروط التالية:

English: This license grants you the right to use the app according to the following terms:

• عربي: ترخيص محدود وغير حصري وغير قابل للتحويل لاستخدام التطبيق.
• English: Limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app.
• عربي: لا يجوز نسخ أو تعديل أو توزيع التطبيق.
• English: You may not copy, modify, or distribute the app.
• عربي: يظل التطبيق ملكية فكرية لـ HypnoVibes LLC.
• English: The app remains the intellectual property of HypnoVibes LLC.

🎯 الغرض من التطبيق | Purpose of the App

👤 الحسابات | User Accounts

عربي:

• يجب أن تكون فوق 18 عامًا لاستخدام التطبيق.
• أنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على أمان حسابك.
• يجب تقديم معلومات دقيقة عند التسجيل.

English:

• You must be over 18 years old to use the app.
• You are responsible for maintaining account security.
• Accurate information must be provided during registration.

💎 الاشتراكات والمدفوعات | Subscriptions and Payments

• عنوان الاشتراك: Hypnovibes Premium
• المدة: شهرياً أو سنوياً
• السعر:
  • شهري: E£380.99 شهرياً
  • سنوي: E£2999 سنوياً (وفر 30%)
• التجديد التلقائي: يتجدد الاشتراك تلقائيًا ما لم يتم إلغاؤه قبل 24 ساعة من نهاية الفترة الحالية.
• الإلغاء: يمكن إلغاء الاشتراك في أي وقت من إعدادات App Store/Google Play.
• الاسترداد: لا توجد استرداد للمدفوعات المدفوعة بالفعل.

• Subscription Title: Hypnovibes Premium
• Length: Monthly or Yearly
• Price:
  • Monthly: E£380.99 per month
  • Yearly: E£2,999.99 per year (Save 30%)
• Auto-Renewal: Subscription renews automatically unless cancelled 24 hours before the end of current period.
• Cancellation: Can be cancelled anytime from App Store/Google Play settings.
• Refund: No refunds for payments already made.

📝 المحتوى والملكية الفكرية | Content and Intellectual Property

عربي:

• جميع جلسات التأمل والمحتوى محمية بحقوق النشر.
• لا يجوز نسخ أو توزيع المحتوى بدون إذن.
• تأملاتك الشخصية تظل ملكًا لك.
• نحتفظ بجميع حقوق الملكية الفكرية للتطبيق.

English:

• All meditation sessions and content are copyrighted.
• Content may not be copied or distributed without permission.
• Your personal reflections remain your property.
• We retain all intellectual property rights to the app.

📺 البث والأجهزة الخارجية | Casting & Third-Party Devices

عربي:

• يتضمن التطبيق ميزات تسمح ببث المحتوى إلى أجهزة خارجية (مثل Google Cast أو AirPlay).
• عند استخدام هذه الميزات، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بشروط الخدمة الخاصة بجهات خارجية (مثل Google و Apple).
• نحن غير مسؤولين عن أداء أو توافق الأجهزة الخارجية أو شبكتك المحلية.

English:

• The App includes features that allow you to cast content to external devices (e.g., via Google Cast or AirPlay).
• By using these features, you agree to be bound by the Terms of Service of respective third-party providers (e.g., Google and Apple).
• We are not responsible for the performance or compatibility of external hardware or your local network.

🚫 الاستخدام المحظور | Prohibited Use

عربي: ممنوع استخدام التطبيق لـ:

• أي أنشطة غير قانونية.
• مشاركة الحساب مع آخرين.
• محاولة اختراق أو تعطيل التطبيق.

English: Prohibited uses include:

• Any illegal activities.
• Sharing account with others.
• Attempting to hack or disrupt the app.

⚠️ إخلاء المسؤولية | Disclaimer of Warranties

🔄 التعديلات | Modifications

عربي: نحتفظ بالحق في تعديل هذه الشروط أو اتفاقية الترخيص في أي وقت. سيتم إخطارك بالتغييرات الجوهرية عبر التطبيق أو البريد الإلكتروني.

English: We reserve the right to modify these terms or the license agreement at any time. You will be notified of material changes via the app or email.

🔚 إنهاء الترخيص والحساب | License and Account Termination

عربي:

• نحتفظ بالحق في تعليق أو إنهاء حسابك في حالة انتهاك هذه الشروط.
• يمكنك إنهاء الترخيص بحذف التطبيق وحسابك.

English:

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms.
• You may terminate the license by deleting the app and your account.

⚖️ القانون المطبق | Governing Law

عربي: تخضع هذه الشروط واتفاقية الترخيص للقوانين المعمول بها في جمهورية مصر العربية.

English: These terms and license agreement are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
